Not a lot is known about this mysterious Late Night character, except for the fact that he is an exact clone of Conan...except he is made of foam and rubber. Canada was introduced to Foam Rubber Conan on February 11, when he was placed in the shopping district, to be seen on the Toronto.com webcam. What was not expected, however, was for FRC to be jumped by a vivacious woman, prompting human Conan to declare his counterpart as the one that has all the fun.
