The Late Night crew scouted the building as a possible taping venue, but eventually decided against it. The John Bassett Theatre can be found at 255 Front Street West, between John Street to the west, and Simcoe Street to the east. You can call the John Bassett Theatre at (416) 585-8000. Take Yonge-University-Spadina subway line to Union Station. Head west on Front Street West towards John Street, to the John Bassett Theatre in the North Building of the Metro Toronto Convention Centre, on the south side of Front Street West. As well, the John Bassett Theatre can be accessed within the Metro Toronto Convention Centre via the underground PATH system from Union Station.
