Although Triumph The Insult Comic Dog was sent to the fiftieth annual Quebec Carnaval by Conan on February 12 to "poop" on La Belle Province, Triumph forgot to mention the beauty and rich history behind one of Canada's oldest cities...as he was likely too busy licking his crotch to notice.
